IMPORTANT: By accessing or using the ProfitPulse website or application in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.
1. Nature of Service & Financial Disclaimer
1.1 Educational and Analytical Tool Only
ProfitPulse is a journaling and analytics platform designed to help traders track historical performance. ProfitPulse is not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager. ProfitPulse does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or signals.
1.2 Trading Risk Warning
Trading financial instruments (Futures, Equities, Options, Forex, Crypto) involves substantial risk. You acknowledge that:
- You may lose more than your initial investment.
- Past performance shown in ProfitPulse does not guarantee future results.
- You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
ProfitPulse and its owners are not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your trading activities.
2. Accounts & Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.
2.2 Account Security
Authentication is handled by third-party providers (Google, X/Twitter) via Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and login methods.
3. Subscriptions & Billing

- Automated broker imports
3.3 Payments & Cancellations
Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
4. Service Availability
ProfitPulse does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Outages, maintenance, data delays, bugs, and interruptions may occur. ProfitPulse is not liable for data loss or service interruptions.
5. Right to Modify or Discontinue
ProfitPulse may modify, add, or remove features at any time. ProfitPulse may suspend or discontinue the Service entirely without notice. You are not entitled to refunds based on changes or discontinuation.
6. Data Ownership, Usage, and Retention
You retain ownership of all trade data you upload. You grant ProfitPulse a license to store and display your data solely to operate the Service.
ProfitPulse is not affiliated with any broker (e.g., Tradovate) and does not guarantee the accuracy or continued compatibility of third-party file formats, imports, or APIs.
If you delete your account, your active user data will be removed; however, backups or archives may persist for a reasonable period as part of routine system operations.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service or its code.
- Share accounts or use the Service to avoid subscription fees.
- Upload harmful or malicious code.
- Attempt to access systems or data you do not have permission to access.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, features, analytics, designs, branding, and content provided by ProfitPulse are the property of ProfitPulse. You may not reproduce, modify, or create competing services using ProfitPulse’s intellectual property.
9. Third-Party Data & Integration Disclaimer
ProfitPulse may connect to or interpret data from third-party services. ProfitPulse does not guarantee data accuracy, parser longevity, API compatibility, or third-party availability.
ProfitPulse is not responsible for errors or losses caused by external data sources.
10. Termination
ProfitPulse may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or any activity that harms the Service or other users. Termination does not entitle you to refunds.
ProfitPulse may limit or remove access to your data upon termination.
11. Limitation of Liability
ProfitPulse is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or trading capital, data loss, or service interruption.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
12. Changes to Terms
ProfitPulse may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProfitPulse operates. Any disputes must be resolved in that jurisdiction.
